CUTTING AND SERVING GUIDE

 My serving guide is based on the industry standard Wilton wedding cake guide for wedding and party cakes.  Please note, servings in this chart are based on small pieces. Pieces of these sizes are typical for weddings and parties, but are certainly smaller than a regular dessert serving. In order to achieve the number of servings listed on the chart, you will want to follow the cutting guide below. If you desire larger pieces for your guests, you may want to move to a larger cake. I have added an additional section to the serving guide which shows what you should expect for family/dessert sized servings. I am happy to work with you to achieve the number of servings which will perfectly fit your guest list.
